Meet Randas

The immensley talented Randas picked up an understanding of both business and art, almost by osmosis.  From her mother, a well known and respected Finnish Artist, she grew up learning about light and colour, flow and functionality.  How to analyse an image and discover what works, and more importantly why it works. With her father’s influence she began to understand that business is not necessarily the grey and boring world it’s painted as, but it can be a bright and vibrant world that inspires and nurtures the creativity within us all.

Randas has a Bachelor of Arts, and a post-grad in Televisions and Film post production.  She has worked at CBC and TVO, as has provided graphic and editing services for many independent artists and corporate businesses across the US and Canada.

She has amassed fifteen years of arts education and has been working in the industry for cumulatively nine years.

Randas came to 2dragons originally as a freelance designer, having won the job with her confident understanding and dazzling execution of a client project.  Being a designer is not just about knowing the tools and understanding the medium.  It’s also very much about  translating the client’s needs and making it happen.  Above all else, this is where Randas really excels.

Randas will also tell anyone that listens that she knows everything and is always right.  This should not be encouraged as so far she has proven herself to be correct.
