Favourite Icons

I had a couple of people ask me recently, how do you get the little image next to your site name when you add it to favourites, or when it’s in the browser?

Suprisingly simple, its called a fav icon it sits in your root directory with the name favicon.ico.

Well thats all well and dandy I hear you ask, but how does it get there!

Yes, we have a blog

Unlike the private one, you will be pleased to know there will be no teenage angst like poetry and amusing monkey jokes.

Ok, I can’t guarantee the lack of monkey jokes, but no poetry.

So, why a blog?  Couple of reasons, I sent out a newsletter about a few things over Xmas and it occurred to me, people probably leave newsletters in their inbox meaning to read them later, and never get to it.

I have many clients ask me about something or to show them something, and I thought chances are most of my clients could benefit from what I’m looking into.

And lastly, I quit smoking and needed something to do.
